An extra fee to cover the Transport costs should be agreed beforehand, and paid in advance before the appointment day.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to make the payment – You have two payment options:
- Pay the full amount online (via bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
- Pay a 50% deposit online (via bank transfer, PayPal, etc.), and complete the remaining 50% in cash on the day of your appointment
You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before your session.
Cancellations within 48 hours require a rebooking or a 50% fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late or need to leave early, your session will be shorter, as we cannot extend or overrun into another client’s time.

Client Responsibility & Agreements
All clients participating in sensual bodywork—such as massage involving nudity, arousal, or intimate touch—do so at their own risk and discretion.
A Client Agreement & Satisfaction Form must be signed before and after any session involving intimate contact.
Hygiene & Health Policy
- All practitioners maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
- Clients are expected to arrive clean and well-groomed.
- If a practitioner is unwell, they will not conduct sessions to prevent cross-contamination.
- If you’re feeling unwell, please email contact@venusproject.uk to reschedule. Our Cancellation Policy may still apply.
Respect & Conduct
The Venus Project upholds a safe, respectful space for all.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client:
- Is verbally or physically abusive
- Displays aggressive or sexually inappropriate behaviour
- Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Such behaviour may result in immediate refusal of treatment, permanent bans, and/or legal action.

Likewise, clients may refuse, pause, or end treatment at any time if they feel discomfort or wish to stop for any reason.
